Cllr Christine Lunn
Hello! My name is Christine Lunn.
I have a strong connection and interest in my local area, as I was born and brought up in Christchurch (Somerford) and went to school here too. So, yes, I’m very much a local girl.
I feel very passionate about the community and Christchurch itself, as it’s the most beautiful place to live.
I am a retired Dementia Nurse and Support Worker for young adults with mental health issues and learning difficulties.
Before my accident, I used to be quite sporty, I enjoyed cycling, surfing, horse riding and extreme sports, but now I can’t do that anymore.
I like to learn new things and since being of work, I have done 23 diplomas to keep my mind active.
I am now looking forward to working alongside other councillors, the community and the people of Christchurch.
